My daughter has been skiing since she was three years old, but due to sensory issues and being neurodivergent she struggled to tolerate the ski boots. She is now 10 and missed
skiing last year. She tried snowboarding this winter through lessons at waterville which was absolutely life changing. There were some meltdowns initially but once she got going this team gave her something she will carry for the rest of her life. They took her initial meltdowns in stride and she took off once she got moving. She will be able to enjoy the snow and skiing/snowboarding with us for the rest of her life. I can't explain the gift this team gave my daughter. Eric, Izzy and Tyler; I hope you realize what a gift you gave not only our daughter, but our family. Thank you ♥️

This place is 11/10! Amazing place to bring your kids for some skiing and summer activities. They have a great network of trails and lifts. the snowmaking is getting bigger and better every season which is awesome. Better than some of the bigger mountains in the area friendly staff lift lines are pretty short and quick.
The real gem here is that they have an amazing ski school and lesson program. If you want to be in a seasonal program, the coaches are awesome for both racing and freestyle. My little one will surely be in their seasonal program once he is of age. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic family friendly mountain. I skied with my 5 year old son who is just able to ski alone... lines weren't bad, trails were groomed great. We lapped the green lift all day. Lodge is busy but we can usually get food or drink with a short wait. Good lappable terrain for all levels.

Love it here! There’s something at WV for everyone. I’m visiting from Michigan and will definitely be coming back. Friendly staff, clean facilities, lots of parking available. We loved the lodge at the top of the hill as we brought up lunch up and enjoyed a beer with a view. Cant recommend WV enough!

The Waterville Valley Clubhouse offers multiple dedicated tubing lanes. Stop in at the clubhouse to warm up or grab a bite to eat. The tubing hill is walk-up (not lift serviced). For everyone’s safety, ski and other hard shell boots are not permitted.
Located adjacent to Town Square, the Waterville Valley Ice Arena offers numerous public skating and stick & puck sessions throughout the year. Rental skates and skate sharpening services are available.

The Loft Entertainment Lounge in Town Square is a lively bar and lounge perfect for après-ski and year-round fun.
