Housekeeper

Laundry Room Attendant

Waterville Valley Resort, New Hampshire’s Family Resort, is seeking a part-time laundry attendant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: sorting, washing, drying, folding and stocking all linens for the resort. Reservationist

Waterville Valley Resort’s Lodging Department is hiring for a full-time, year-round position to provide assistance to resort guests by answering phones, making reservations and other customer service related tasks.  Provide accurate information to guests by maintaining current information of all lodging prices and operations.  Respond to inquiries concerning accommodations and resort services and activities.  Ideal candidates may be cross-trained as front desk agent for assistance with hotel/condo check ins/check outs and guest service. Banquet Servers

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking part-time and full-time banquet servers. Duties include, but are not limited to: provide excellent table service by setting tables; stocking service stations with supplies, beverages, condiments and other needed items; explaining menu to guests and answering questions about food preparations and contents; taking orders and accurately communicating orders to banquet manager, supervisor, kitchen and/or bar staff as appropriate; serving all ordered food and beverages; setting up banquet rooms and coffee stations; monitoring tables to assure all guest needs and requests are met; clearing and cleaning tables; cleaning and straightening service stations and work areas. Assure health and safety by learning and following established health and safety procedures; maintaining good person hygiene; discarding food properly; assuring that special dietary requests are ordered and served. Mountain Operations Manager

Waterville Valley Resort seeks a qualified Mountain Operations Manager to help plan and execute operational services for Lift Maintenance, Lift Operations, Electrical and Snowmaking departments.  Provides day-to-day supervision and leadership of staff along with planning, administering and executing operational fulfillment schedules in compliance with standards and Resort practices.  Plays a key role in safety, budgeting/forecasting, development and expansion plans, company culture and guest services/vendor/Resort partner relations.  AS degree (BS preferred) along with 5-years progressively responsible operational experience with a strong background in general trades and mechanical aptitude.  3-years’ experience supervising others. LIFT MECHANIC

Vehicle & Equipment Mechanic

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a full-time, year-round vehicle and equipment mechanic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; providing vehicle maintenance services by inspecting, maintaining and repairing all vehicles and equipment assigned to vehicle maintenance department, including but not limited to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, bulldozers, loaders, trucks, buses, backhoes and other heavy equipment, and all component parts. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate notes and records of inspections and maintenance of all vehicles. One to three years of mechanic experience preferred. Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking part-time shuttle drivers. Our shuttle drivers have the opportunity to interact with our guests on a regular basis and often act as "ambassadors" with their resort knowledge and super personalities! Snow’s Mountain Lift Operators

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking part-time and full-time lift operators for Snow’s Mountain. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with lift loading, unloading, and lift closing; checking riders for valid lift tickets; assist guests with loading themselves and equipment onto lift; attentive to special needs of children, novices, and adaptive athletes; explain procedures to inexperienced riders and slow or stop lift as needed; maintain efficient and safe lift lines; shut down lift, clear ramps and maze areas, and secure lift house and equipment at close of each day. Building & Ground Maintenance - Town Square

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time or full-time building and grounds maintenance person.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assist with maintenance of grounds, interior and exterior of buildings at Town Square and other managed properties such as Snow Star Inn and other areas of resort; participate in cleanliness of facilities and grounds, assure safety and comfort of guests through proper upkeep, maintenance and light-duty repair, installation and removal of structures, surfaces, fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and other similar items.  Requirements include being able to contribute to a team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility as a team member for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.  Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating a plus.  Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
