Join us for a family-friendly outdoor adventure designed to help you explore the natural beauty of Waterville Valley. Meet at the Adventure Center, pick up your Flower & Leaf Collector's Booklet, and set off with our guide on a relaxed hike that's perfect for all ages.

Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for our hidden Bigfoot silhouettes scattered throughout the trail. Find them all to earn a special Bigfoot scavenger hunt prize at the end of the adventure! We'll also take a break midway through the hike to search for native plants, flowers, and leaves that participants can identify, collect, sketch, and preserve in their collector's booklet.

This scenic route includes some of Waterville Valley's favorite sights, including views of Corcoran Pond, a crossing over Smarts Brook via a picturesque bridge, and plenty of opportunities to connect with nature along the way.

Meet your guide at the Snow's Mountain Chairlift and purchase your lift ticket before riding to the summit as a group. From there, enjoy a leisurely guided hike down the mountain, passing through beautiful forest terrain and stopping at the picturesque Cascades Waterfall for photos, exploration, and a chance to cool off along the way!

Gondola & Green Peak Expansion Public Info Meeting

Waterville Valley Conference Center

ABOUT

A major milestone has been reached in the proposed Gondola & Green Peak Expansion Project. The U.S. Forest Service has published the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which outlines the proposed project, environmental analysis, alternatives considered, and supporting technical studies.

While this is an important step in the NEPA review process, it is not a final approval. The DEIS is being made available for public review and comment as the process continues.

To help community members better understand the proposal and review the findings, Waterville Valley Resort will host a public information meeting on Friday, June 26 at 7:00 PM at the Waterville Valley Conference Center. Resort representatives and project team members will be available to provide additional context, review key elements of the DEIS, and answer questions.

We encourage anyone interested in the future of the project to attend and participate in the public review process.

Catch the Church Chair with us on Snow’s Mountain for a mountain-top, non-denominational morning church service! Guests will load the chair between 8:30am-8:50am and the service will begin once the last guest arrives at the summit (9am). Guests will then have the option to ride the lift down or hike down after the service.

Experience one of Waterville Valley's most scenic summer adventures with a guided hike to Cascades Waterfall. Meet your guide at the Snow's Mountain Chairlift and purchase your lift ticket before riding to the summit as a group. From there, enjoy a leisurely guided hike down the mountain, passing through beautiful forest terrain and stopping at the picturesque Cascades Waterfall for photos, exploration, and a chance to cool off along the way!

As part of the experience, each participant will receive a complimentary waterproof White Mountains hiking map to help continue their outdoor adventures throughout Waterville Valley. The hike concludes back at the base of Snow's Mountain, making it the perfect introduction to the Valley's incredible trail network!
