A new year-round destination is taking shape in the heart of Waterville Valley. Located at 135 Valley Road near Corcoran Pond, the Outdoor Adventure Zone will bring together new activities, gathering spaces, and family-friendly adventures designed for every season.
Featuring an 18-hole mini golf course, maze, aerial adventure course, indoor tyke area, and a new Adventure & Nordic Center, the project will create even more ways to explore, play, and spend time together in the Valley.

A New Way to Play in Waterville Valley
Waterville Valley has always been a place built around the outdoors. The new Outdoor Adventure Zone expands that experience with fresh recreational opportunities designed to bring families together and create more reasons to visit throughout the year.
The project will transform the area surrounding Corcoran Pond with new attractions for a wide range of ages and abilities while supporting Waterville Valley’s continued growth as a four-season destination.
The Outdoor Adventure Zone also supports the Town of Waterville Valley’s master plan for the Corcoran Pond area, helping strengthen year-round tourism, expand family-friendly recreation, and contribute to the long-term vitality of the community.

18-HOLE MINI GOLF
A new 18-hole mini golf course designed for all ages and abilities, bringing an approachable outdoor activity to the heart of the Valley. The accessible course will wind through the Adventure Zone with landscaping and water features along the way.
Adventure Maze
Wind, wander, and find your way through a larger-than-life maze designed for family-friendly exploration. This maze can be reconfigured throughout the year, creating new routes, new challenges, and a fresh adventure to experience each time you visit Waterville Valley.
Aerial Adventure Course
Adventure moves above the ground with a three-tier aerial course featuring a variety of exciting obstacles, challenges, and elevated elements to explore along the way. With both indoor and outdoor tyke areas designed to offer age-appropriate opportunities, little ones can climb, balance, explore, and build confidence all in one safe place.
Adventure & Nordic Center
A new year-round home base for adventure in Waterville Valley, bringing activity check-in, Nordic and mountain-bike operations, guest services, retail, food and beverage, and additional recreation space together under one roof.

Get Lost in Adventure
Standing nearly 12 feet tall and spanning more than 60 feet in each direction, the new Adventure Maze will offer a larger-than-life challenge for guests to explore. Wrapped in green and blue paneling, the maze will feature four checkpoints for adventurers to discover along the way, plus two elevated viewing platforms providing a new perspective from within the maze.

Achieve New Heights
The Sky Trail will bring a whole new level of adventure to Waterville Valley—three levels, in fact. With each level rising approximately 12 feet, the course will challenge guests to navigate a variety of elevated elements as they make their way higher above the ground. Features will include a rolling log, roller rail, five Sky Rails, Walk the Plank, and more.

Big Fun for Little Ones
Little adventurers get a course of their own with Sky Tykes, a ground-level experience attached to the Sky Trail designed to introduce younger guests to the fun of aerial adventure. At just 2' 8" above the ground, the single-level course gives kids the opportunity to navigate kid-sized challenges in a more approachable environment. Elements including pass-throughs, a Roller Rail, and a Sky Rail bring some of the excitement of the larger Sky Trail down to their level. In Additional to with the Sky Tyke fun will be an indoor play area inside the newly three floor Adventure Center for even more opportunity for play.

June 2026 | Clearing the Way
Our Building and Grounds teams officially clear the way for the momentous project ahead, making room for the first installation - the 18-hole mini golf course.
July 2026 | Fore!
While our Construction Crew takes on breaking ground and molding the stage for big adventure, Adventure Golf & Sports (AGS) finalizes the mini golf course just in time for concrete & foundation work which will encompass the course site.
