INDY PASS FAQ’S

Arrive at Waterville Valley with a valid Government I.D. We cannot issue Indy Pass ticket redemptions without verifying the identity of the Indy Pass holder.
Once at the Ticket Desk, simply request an Indy Pass ticket redemption.
The Ticket Desk Associate will then ask to see your government I.D. in order to verify your identity.
Once your identity has been verified, you will be issued a lift ticket.

Make a reservation on any date available via our Lessons page on shop2.waterville.com.
Arrive at Waterville Valley with a valid Government I.D. We cannot issue Indy Pass ticket redemptions without verifying the identity of the Indy Pass holder.
Check-in at the Top Dog Rental Shop located under the T-Bars Restaurant & Pub, across from the Base Lodge, with your order confirmation for your gear and lift ticket.
Meet your Instructor at 10am in the Courtyard under the Learn to Turn flag.
