INDY PASS FAQ’S

Arrive at Waterville Valley with a valid Government I.D. We cannot issue Indy Pass ticket redemptions without verifying the identity of the Indy Pass holder.
Once at the Ticket Desk, simply request an Indy Pass ticket redemption.
The Ticket Desk Associate will then ask to see your government I.D. in order to verify your identity.
Once your identity has been verified, you will be issued a lift ticket.

Arrive at Waterville Valley with a valid Government I.D. We cannot issue Indy Pass ticket redemptions without verifying the identity of the Indy Pass holder.
Check in at the Top Dog Rental Shop located under the T-Bars Restaurant & Pub, across from the Base Lodge.
The Rental Shop Associate will then ask to see your government I.D. in order to verify your identity.
Once your identity has been verified, you will be issued a lift ticket and your rentals.
Meet your Instructor at 10am in the Courtyard under the Learn to Turn flag.
