Thursday 1/22/26

January is finally starting to gain some steam. More snow is expected overnight into Thursday morning. We’ll also get a reprieve from the bitter cold. The North End will see a full groom with the Livermore Rd side being completed first for you early morning skiers. Swan’s Way - Inner Mad River - Village Trail will also see a fresh pass. In addition to getting open trails tuned up, we’ll spend some time packing Lower Snows and the remainder of Cascade Brook. Hopefully we’ll be able to get those open for skiing soon.

On Saturday 1/31/26 we will be hosting the NH Coaches Series Race on the South End. Nearly every middle and high school racer in the state will be here to compete. That means South End Trails will be closed to the public for the day, with the exception of Golf Course, Village Trail, Inner Mad River, and Swan’s Way. The North End will be fully accessible and we’ll be recommending folks park at Livermore or Snows Mountain for their ski day. Spectating is encouraged! The start will be in the Packard’s Field on Pond Loop and the finish will be in the Teaching Area.

Enjoy it,

Ian
