Summer Starts Here: Waterville Valley Launches New Summer Programming

WATERVILLE VALLEY, NH - This summer, there's more to explore, experience, and enjoy in Waterville Valley than ever before.

Beginning June 20 and continuing through Labor Day Weekend, Waterville Valley Resort is launching an exciting new lineup of weekly activities, outdoor adventures, family-friendly events, and evening entertainment designed to give guests more reasons to stay, play, and make memories in the White Mountains.

Bringing together the best of outdoor recreation, creativity, family fun, and community, the new Summer Starts Here program offers something for every age and interest throughout the week.

Guests can look forward to a variety of new experiences including Crafting Workshops, Guided Cascades Waterfall Hikes, Family Movie Nights, Dart Nights, Fairy House Building, S'mores & Campfire Nights, Guided Pup Hikes, Guided Family Nature Adventures, Lawn Games & Campfire Nights, Tie-Dye in Town Square, Animal Encounter Series presentations, Bingo & Trivia Nights, and live music throughout Town Square.

Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended family vacation, there will be something happening nearly every day throughout the summer season.

"We wanted to build a lineup that encourages guests to stay longer, explore more, and discover everything that makes the Valley special."

SUMMER STARTS HERE HIGHLIGHTS

Among the highlights are guided adventures that showcase the natural beauty of Waterville Valley, including the Guided Cascades Waterfall Hike and the Guided Family Nature Adventure, where participants can explore local trails, search for hidden Bigfoot silhouettes, and learn about native plants and wildlife along the way.

Families looking for hands-on fun can participate in weekly Crafting Workshops, build magical creations during Fairy House Building sessions at the Rey Center Garden, or create their own custom souvenir during Tie-Dye in Town Square.

As the sun sets, guests can gather for Family Movie Nights, challenge friends during Trivia, Bingo, and Dart Nights, enjoy live music in Town Square, or relax around the fire during S'mores & Campfire Nights and Lawn Games & Campfire Nights overlooking Corcoran Pond.

Animal lovers can join the new Guided Pup Hike Club or attend the Animal Encounter Series featuring live animal presentations that educate and inspire visitors of all ages.
