Schwendi Hutte

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a slopeside meal at 4004’. The cozy Schwendi Hutte offers stunning views of the White Mountains alongside classic comfort food. Stop in for breakfast and enjoy made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, homemade cinnamon rolls, and other home-baked pastries. Lunch options include gourmet sandwiches, mac & cheese, soups, chili, and daily specials. When the weather warms up come springtime, the grill is fired up and the Schwendi Deck comes to life. Burgers and dogs are grilled al fresco while guests take in some brews and views.

Schwendi Hutte offers beer, wine, nips, and a variety of coffee & hot chocolate drinks.

THE MARKETPLACE

The Marketplace serves up classic mountain favorites in a quick and convenient setting. Start your ski day with a homemade breakfast sandwich, a warm muffin, or a bagel. Or stop in at lunchtime and refuel on chicken tenders, pizza, burgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, or chili. Check out the soup of the day served in a warm bread bowl.

The Freestyle Lounge

When the sun sets and the chairlifts close, Waterville's après scene comes to life at the Freestyle Lounge! A cozy hub for cold beer and scrumptious food, the Freestyle Lounge offers a vibrant family-friendly après scene, with live music on weekends and holidays! This winter, we're premiering a freshly revamped menu, serving up comfort food with a modern twist!

Snack on some thick-cut candied bacon, indulge in a slider trio, or warm up with a bowl of homemade beer cheddar soup. Grab some buddies and split some apps, with après classics like mega tater tots, pork rinds, or an authentic Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese dip. Our full-service bar offers an extensive selection of local and national beer, a curated wine list, plus handcrafted cocktails.

T-Bars

Located conveniently at the base of Valley Run, T-Bars is a classic, New England ski tavern offering elevated pub fare. Treat yourself to a Kobe beef hot dog, dive into an order of fish & chips, or choose from a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Featuring an expansive copper-topped bar, several large TVs, and vintage ski memorabilia lining the walls, T-Bars is a cozy spot to rest your legs, watch a sports game, and enjoy a well-deserved beverage.

NEXT LEVEL FOOD TRUCK

Stationed outside the Freestyle Lounge for the 2023/24 winter season, the Next Level Food Truck is a gourmet grilled cheese hub! Customize your grilled cheese to your liking! Choose from a selection of 6 different cheeses and 7 tasty toppings! Looking for slopeside breakfast? The truck will also be serving made-to-order breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches.

Waffle Cabin

Fresh waffles made to order from the legendary Waffle Cabin! These divine treats are made with Pure New Hampshire Maple Syrup creating the best sweet treat on the mountain. Perfect to grab-and-go between runs!

Identity Coffee

Located in the 2nd floor of the Base Lodge, Identity Coffee Co. offers fine blends and single-origin coffees from around the globe. Their menu includes a curated selection of coffee blends, smoothies, fresh-baked goods and more. Cozy up by the stone fireplace with your favorite coffee drink and relax.
