Sunday 3/29/26
The groomer will get back out there to smooth out the trails for another gorgeous day of skiing. Conditions are holding up well and the day should warm nicely for a great spring feel. No one who skied Saturday seemed disappointed, so that’s your sign that it’s worth the drive.
Looking ahead at the rest of this week, it does not look like we will have another opportunity to groom unless we see snow and cold return next weekend. We will continue to monitor trail conditions this week, but will likely transition to “ski at your own risk.” Spring skiing rules will be in full effect, watch the temps and wait for the sun to help soften the trails if they freeze overnight. Above all, be safe and make good choices. Winter always lasts longer in the mountains.
Shop hours will be reduced starting Monday 3/29/26 to 10am - 3pm daily.
It has been an amazing ski season, despite losing some of our favorite trails a little earlier than we prefer. Thank you for indulging my mixed metaphors and questionable vocabulary choices along the way. As skiing slowly fades, Finn (see below) has been recently hired as the Nordic Center emotional support dog to help us get through mud season. So stop by if you need some unbridled joy added to your day.
Don’t be a stranger,
