Located in the heart of Waterville Valley, Town Square Condos are steps away from the best shopping, dining, and activities in the Valley. All units are situated above and around Town Square, so accessing units requires climbing 1 or more flights of stairs. The whole family will have plenty of room to unwind, with fully-equipped kitchens, large living/dining areas, and DVD players in every unit. Adventure awaits outside your front door! Town Square offers bike rentals, Nordic ski rentals, fat bike rentals, snowshoe rentals, boat rentals, an indoor arcade, a 9-Hole Disc Golf Course, an outdoor bungee trampoline, an escape room, an indoor ice rink, a rock-climbing wall, and more! Town Square Condos also provides guests with an expansive selection of DVDs, so you can enjoy a nostalgic family movie night from the comfort of your condo!

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling a reservation 15/+ days prior to arrival, the initial reservation deposit will be refunded less than a $50.00 cancellation fee on each guest room reservation within the itinerary. Cancellations occurring 14 days or less to arrival, will forfeit initial reservation deposit in full. In case of inclement weather or illness, these policies remain in place.

UNIT TYPES & ACCOMODATIONS

PREMIUM CONDOS

These three bedroom/two bathroom condos offer spacious and comfortable accommodations for families and small groups. Two level units provide a bedroom and bathroom on the main level, while three level units have a larger living/dining area with all bedrooms and bathrooms on the second and third level. Premium Condos include everything you’d find in the comfort of your own home home: kitchen cooking supplies, dishes, salt & pepper, coffee maker & filters, towels, linens, and air conditioning. Bed set ups vary by building. Climbing stairs is required to access these condos. Specific room layouts and decor vary per unit.

DELUXE CONDOS

These three bedroom/two bathroom condos are just as spacious and well-appointed as our Premium Units but they do not include air-conditioning. Fans are provided in each of the bedrooms. Two level units have a queen bed in each of the first two bedrooms, two twin beds in the third bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Three level units have a queen bed in the first two bedrooms and the third bedroom is complete with two twin beds and a bunk bed. Condos include everything you’d find in the comfort of your own home home: kitchen cooking supplies, dishes, salt & pepper, coffee maker & filters, towels & linens. Climbing stairs is required to access these condos. Specific room layouts and decor vary per unit.

ECONOMY CONDOS

These three bedroom/two bathroom units are for the budget conscious traveler. Still providing spacious and centrally located accommodations, these units house families and small groups looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep after their adventures in and around the resort. Units are not air conditioned but fans are provided in each bedroom. Condos include everything you’d find in the comfort of your own home home: kitchen cooking supplies, dishes, salt & pepper, coffee maker & filters, towels & linens.Climbing stairs is required to access these condos. ONE-BEDROOM CONDOS

During off-peak, non-holiday time periods, our two level Premium and Deluxe condos can be converted to a one bedroom unit. The One Bedroom sleeps a maximum of 4 people with a queen in the bedroom, and a full-sized pull-out couch in the living room as well as a full kitchen. These units have one bathroom. Condos include everything you’d find in the comfort of your own home home: kitchen cooking supplies, dishes, salt & pepper, coffee maker & filters, towels & linens. Climbing stairs is required to access these condos. Specific room layouts and decor vary per unit.
