The Next Level Food Truck is not your average food truck. The Truck was originally a 1998 OshKosh M1070 truck - designed as a U.S. Army transporter tractor unit for the M1 Abrams tank. This 20-ton vehicle was once used to transport heavy military vehicles and equipment, such as armored personnel carriers and armored bulldozers. The Next Level Food Truck is now a fully-functional mobile kitchen and immersive entertainment experience, with a top-quality sound system, a drop-down stage with power for entertainment, rooftop judges’ stand, and a TV display.
