The most favorable forecast is showing a couple inches of snow falling through the morning and transitioning into wintry mix at some point. The good news is the temps look solidly cold into the afternoon so we’ll be out in the morning keeping something groomed through the storm. We’ll start on trails adjacent to the Livermore Parking lot and work our way around as best we can. Some decisions will be weather dependent on trail so it’ll be a fun day of chasing the groomer. Classic skiing should be a lot of fun in a little fresh fluff.

The Swix, Salomon, and Atomic Demo will be starting up at 9 a.m. and running until 1 p.m. in the Livermore parking lot. We’ll also be staffing the kiosk so you can go directly there to grab a pass before trying out some fancy equipment.

Just a reminder that the Nordic Passholder Party will kick off at 5:30 p.m. in the Adventure Center.

The Kris Freeman Skate Clinic is still on for Sunday. Participants will need to arrive early enough to pay at the Adventure Center and make it up to the Livermore parking lot by 10 a.m. Anyone who has already paid can head directly there. There are still some slots left so give us a call if you’d like to register.

Wax those skis!
