Year-Round Activities

Winter sees our courtyard gently covered in snow, a horse-drawn sleigh ready to take you for a ride across the pristine valley. The Waterville Valley Nordic Center is located in Town Square, and offers 70 km of Nordic trails for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. The shuttle bus offers complimentary rides to and from Waterville Valley Ski Resort, for great riding and skiing just 5 minutes away. And the Waterville Valley indoor ice arena is located adjacent to Town Square. New this winter, twilight dogsled excursions will be offered Friday and Saturday evenings.

Lodging in the winter includes access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, open gym times at the Waterville Valley Recreation Department, ice skating time at the indoor ice arena, assistance with beading activities at I Dream of Beading, and shuttle rides between the mountain and the village.

For the summer visitor, Town Square is the home of Corcoran Pond, canoe and paddle boat rentals, WV indoor ice arena, bike rentals, and a full schedule of summer events. It's near other summer outdoor activities too—like the town beach, golf, tennis, hiking, skate park, Snow's Mountain Chairlift, and the White Mountain Athletic Club, in addition to a wonderful array of family activities offered by the WV Recreation Department, the Curious George Cottage, and the Waterville Valley Decorative Arts Center. Best of all, with the Resort Unlimited package, most of these activities are included with your summer lodging.

Town Square Meeting Place

The Meeting Place is in a new location. Now 1,231 square feet with a wall of windows overlooking Snow's Brook. Located on the first floor, it provides easy access to the different shopping and dining options. Groups lodging at Town Square Condominiums receive a discount off daily rates. Finding Town Square: Once in Waterville Valley, turn left onto Village Road. Town Square is a large white building complex on the left. For condo check-ins, pull into the 5 minute parking area in front of Town Square. The Condo Check-in office is located up the walkway on the right.
