Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a reservation for child care, kids kamp, online lesson packages and products, or non-request private lesson you may do so up to two days prior to the first date reserved and receive a full refund on your credit card, less a $25.00 processing fee. If you cancel after the two day window you will receive a gift card, less the $25.00 processing fee, valid towards any snowsports, lift ticket, food and beverage or rental product*.

Requested Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a reservation for a requested private lesson, you may do so up to two days prior to the first date reserved and receive a full refund on your credit card, less a $25.00 processing fee. If you cancel after the two day window you will receive a gift card, less a $40.00 processing fee, valid towards any snowsports, lift ticket, food and beverage or rental product.

Note: A requested private lesson constitutes a private lesson where the guest has requested and reserved a particular instructor by name to instruct the time reserved for that private lesson.
