On this week's installment of Laps with Luke: More than a foot of snow fell on Waterville Valley this past week making conditions less than ideal for Back to the Boneyard, but the Spring snow conditions are superb. Expect the Parks to be in supreme condition as the snow softens and the sunshines. Now is the perfect time to shred one of Waterville's four parks. This week on Laps with Luke: March comes in like a lion with tons of snow and the parks are loving it. Heck, everybody is loving it! Don't miss out on the Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam this Saturday, March 9. Registration is free for the amateur snowboarding event and includes a free hike ticket. Vacation week is upon us and the mountain is buzzing! Check out some of freeskiing's rising stars this weekend when The North Face Park & Pipe Open Series comes to Waterville Valley. Join us in Town Square Friday night for a the premiere of Stept Productions' new film, "The Eighty Six", featuring Nick Martini. Don't miss the rail jam & big air under the lights on Saturday starting at 1pm. For snowboarders, this year's Volcom PB & Rail Jam is Saturday, March 9 and it's FREE for all riders. Laps with Luke - Feb. 4, 2013
The Parks crew is back to work building features for the new Extension Park located where the old Superpipe used to live. In addition, the Psyched Park is open and, combined with South Street, the Grom Park and Exhibition, there's no excuse to not get out and shred. This weekend is Burton Mountain Fest. Come on up and demo the latest equipment from Burton and take part a fun weekend on the slopes.

The Parks Crew started pushing out the big park on Exhibition on Monday and it'll be ready to go Saturday, Jan. 26. Expect about eight jumps and at least 16 rails to fit your shredding needs.
