Unit Descriptions

General Information

All of our units are smoke-free.

We have townhouse-style condominiums within the convenience of a hotel atmosphere. Condos are located off a hallway that accesses 6-7 other condos.

All units require climbing one flight of stairs to reach the entrance. And, three-bedroom units are either 2 or 3 levels.
Passes to the White Mountain Athletic Club are included with your lodging.

If you have a laptop with a wireless connector, Wireless internet access is free in Town Square, but may not be available in all condos. Service may be at times intermittent and is not guaranteed!
Three-bedroom units sleep up to 8 people, and have 2 full bathrooms, 2 color cable televisions with HBO, 1 VCR/DVD player, telephone, and fully equipped kitchen. We do not have cots. Bed setups vary; please see unit descriptions below. One-bedroom units sleep 2-4 people, depending on the unit.
One-bedroom units offer 1 full bathroom, 1 color cable television with HBO, 1 VCR/DVD player, telephone and fully equipped kitchen. These are available during off-peak times.

Cooking Supplies:	Plates, Bowls, Mugs, Wine Glasses, and Silverware Sauce Pans, Fry Pans, Stock Pot, Broiler Pan, Cookie Sheets Mixing Bowls, Colander, Measuring Cup, Juice Pitcher, Tea Kettle Corkscrew, Bottle Opener, Can Opener, Potato Masher, and Basic Cooking Utensils Cutting Boards & Knives Salt & Pepper Shakers
Kitchen Supplies:	Full-size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Trash Bags, Dishwasher Detergent, Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Kitchen Towels & Pot Holders, Coffee Filters
Bed linens:	Your beds are freshly made for your arrival with sheets, pillows, and blankets.
Bathroom Supplies:	Towels, Soap, Shampoo, Lotion, Toilet paper

Premium Three Bedroom

Two Level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleep 8 people. These units face away from the courtyard and tend to be more quiet. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other bedroom may have either two twin beds or one queen bed.

Three Level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleep 8 people. These units face toward the courtyard. The first floor has a spacious living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has either two twin beds or one queen bed. The third floor has another bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds.

Moderate Three Bedroom

(The main difference between premium and moderate units is that moderate units have older-style living room furnishings. However, we strive to keep all of our condos clean, comfortable, and updated with the amenities you’ll need to have an enjoyable stay!)

Two Level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleep 8 people. These units face away from the lower courtyard towards Snow’s Brook. The first floor has a bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area, and a full kitchen. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the remaining beds are twin beds or bunk beds.

Three Level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleep 8 people. These units overlook the lower courtyard. The first floor has a spacious living room, dining area, and a full kitchen. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The third floor has another bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds.

Pond View

One of our guests' favorites, this end unit condo overlooks Corcoran's Pond and the Town Square courtyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8 people. In addition to a 32” Television with VCR/DVD in the spacious living room, there are two more TVs in the condo. Full kitchen and dining area. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The third floor has a bathroom and a large bedroom with two twin beds, a set of bunk beds, and a large round window offering great views for the kids.
