Rates include 8% NH Rooms and Meals Tax and 14% Resort Fee. Prices are per condo, per night.
Deposits & Payments
Deposit of 50% of reservation total (or the full amount, on one-night stays) is required at time of booking.
Deposit can be made by Check (if booking at least 30 days prior to arrival), Money Order, Certified check, or Credit Card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover).
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be guaranteed with a credit card payment at the time of the reservation booking.
Final payment policy: Full payment of balance is due at the time of check-in. Final payment may be made by Credit Card or cash.
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks as final payment.
Security Deposit: A valid credit card imprint OR a $100 cash deposit will be REQUIRED at check-in, in addition to the balance due.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs at least 15 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $30 processing fee.
If cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to your arrival date, your entire deposit is forfeited.
Change in your reservation date within 2 weeks of arrival is allowed only once, more than 4 days prior to arrival. There will be no refund on changed reservations.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Our office is located on the first level, immediately to the right as you enter Town Square.
Checkout time is 10 AM. Late departures not authorized by the Front Desk will be charged at the rate of $20 per hour.
Please be aware that our Front Desk is not open 24 hours a day. Closing hours vary. We can make arrangements for late arrivals!
We provide complimentary ski lockers for you to store skis and snowboards. We ask that you do not take these items to the units.
Maid Service: Units are cleaned before and after your stay. The housekeepers will provide fresh towels and empty garbage daily. For stays of 7 nights or longer, linens will be changed after the 3rd and 7th nights of your stay. Complete maid service may be requested for a daily charge. You are asked to please wash your dishes before departure; if dish washing or excessive kitchen cleaning is required after your checkout, a fee of at least $30 will be assessed.
Crib Rentals: Portable cribs available. Advance reservations strongly recommended. The fee is $5 per night.
Smoking is not allowed in our condos or indoor hallways. Fee (minimum of $200) will be assessed for smoking!
There is a $20 charge for each key not returned to the Front Desk upon check out.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am.
Pets are not allowed in our condos. Fee (minimum of $200) will be assessed for animals in units, or you may be asked to leave.
