We have over 15,500 square feet of meeting space across 12 meeting rooms, flexible enough to accommodate groups of 25 to 1,000.

Part of our dedication to clear thinking is to assign every group meeting at Waterville Valley an individual Sales Manager & Conference Coordinator. We welcome you at the door, and work with your group on every last detail. Someone who will ensure your meeting runs smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating rooming lists, to creating agendas, to satisfying unique AV requests. Our entire staff at Waterville Valley is committed to providing the best, most hospitable service possible.

From breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to meeting breaks or theme menus, our full service in-house catering service will satisfy any of your group's individual tastes.
