"Words can't possibly express our gratitude to you, the resort staff and the people of Waterville Valley for your part in the success of the Saab Jubilee USA. It wasn't until we began looking for this year's site that we realized just how "spoiled" we were by your facilities and service.
Our event exceeded all expectations. The Saab enthusiasts as well as our corporate representatives were overwhelmed by the natural beauty, warm hospitality and dedicated service extended by the Waterville Valley community. New Hampshire proved to be the ideal setting for our celebration. The comfortable, inviting climate, New England culture and traditions, and variety of activities and attractions added immensely to our gathering.

"Special Olympics New Hampshire celebrated another successful Winter Games. The weather cooperated, the facilities were great, more athletes competed, and the supporters and volunteers of SONH continue to give that extra effort to provide the best for the Special Olympics athletes.

Attitudes are so-o-o important, and your attitiudes made my job easier and made the meeting come off without a hitch. You were very helpful in hanging signs and last minute changes. Your staff was there every minute that I needed you, and our compliments to the Chef....the food was terrific.

"This was the best conference I have ever attended! I cannot begin to tell you how many people have expressed this exact sentiment to me following the Student Advantage Conference at Waterville Valley last week. The success of our conference is a direct reflection of the personal attention and professionalism of the Conference Center staff, and I want to express my personal thanks. From the first moment i called and spoke with you, I was sure that Waterville Valley was the place for our conference. Without exception, that sentiment prevailed throughout the planning and execution of the conference. The conference was a total success. Your staff did an incredible job in the planning process-pointing out weak spots in my planning and helping to create new ideas and an agenda that was a complete success. The banquet staff were fabulous, they were utterly professional, as well as a pleasure to work with- not a single detail was overlooked!
As anyone who has ever planned or attended any kind of conference knows, the success or failure of a conference can at times revolve solely around meals. Every meal we had was a smashing success-the food was incredible, and the presentation was magnificent. The Italian Buffet Dinner charmed many into thinking they ewre in a private bistro while the Lobster Bake had all the fun and aura of a traditional New England event! With this group, my congratulations and thanks go to the chef for achieving what I thought was impossible-pleasing everyone!
I want to thank you again for an incredible job, it was an absolute pleasure working with the Conference Center staff and I look forward to working with all of you again in the near future!"

This basket is just a small token of our appreciation fo all of the hard work you did to provide us with a spectacular Region Meeting this past January.
I know that we were a rather challenging group, but you responded with grace and good humor to all of our whims and changes, and met the challenges that we provided with apparent ease.
The feedback that I have received regarding this meeting was overwhelmingly positive. Every person that I spoke with said that this was the best Region Meeting they had ever attended.
