Back to the Boneyard

Back to the Boneyard - March 16, 2014

For the 6th year Back to the Boneyard is BACK on March 16th.  Local riders will come out to participate in this grassroots slopestyle contest. Luke Matheson, Terrain Park Manager, will be setting up the park like none ever seen before, comprised of jumps, rails and jibs.  Registration is 9-10am at the Guest Services desk on the second floor of the Base Lodge.  The $30 entry fee (cash preferred) for all competitors includes custom 2014 Boneyard T-shirt, Poma pass, and of course good times for all.  Want to ride it all? A $45 ticket will get you all mountain access. Sierra Nevada and Red Bull team up to host one “off the wall” awards ceremony, après party combination in Bucket’s with Sierra Nevada specials, music from the Red Bull DJ, and a fun mix and match selection of prizes.  All snowboarders are welcome to participate in this fun competition.  Riders have been honing their tricks all season long.  Now it is time to finally show us what you got.  Pull out all the stops and let’s see you go for best trick of the day.
