Morning Update @ 10 a.m.
So far it's still snowing in the valley! We've picked up over an inch so far. Wet snow is still always better than rain.
In the wee hours of the morning the cat will head out and creep South first before hitting all open trails on the North End, likely starting with the Livermore side. Coverage was still looking good late Thursday and hopefully there will be a little new snow through the morning to freshen things up. Definitely watch for sections of slickness anywhere the cat has yet to groom in the morning. There is a lot of moisture out there after a couple of hot days in a row and it will be firming up overnight.
Overall remain calm and have fun. Winter is only over when you choose to give up on it! There is still at least 18" on the first bridge on Livermore.
