It looks like winter up here again--so great! It's been snowy, windyand chilly, but spring skiing is just around the corner and we have plenty of time to enjoy it.
This morning ALL (Including Cascade Brook, caution, still pretty soft) North End trails are groomed, we've had a demo Cat out that's a bit wide, so John Deer is skiing on yesterday's groom. On the South End we're still working on getting the remaining trails open. Jennings and Upper Fletchers will be opened and groomed this afternoon and we'll be 100% for the weekend.
I'm keeping my comment below, in case you missed it yesterday:
Snow is deep and soft and why not enjoy some more classic skiing! For all you skate skiers out there, I highly recommend giving classic skiing a chance. It's more work than you think (especially since you'll be trying to go your regular skate skiing speed!). If you don't have your own equipment, rent some from us--we have a good range of skis for stability or speed or both in our rentals and demo fleets. We even have a handful of skin skis left at 20-40% off.
See you up here,
