In case you missed it: we got some snow. Plenty. Windblown drifts over the knee, actual snowfall on trails varied and with that wind, hard to tell exactly. But we got enough!
This morning we are down at the South End with the Cat and will be grooming down here through the day (and hopefully opening up Criterion, Jennings and Upper Fletcher).. So, if you want the prettiest, freshest tracks, leave from the Center.
The North End was groomed overnight, which means snow was packed down some and will be a little more firm than straight powder. It is mostly covered as it snowed and the wind blew through mid-night. The cat will get to the North End this afternoon and we will buzz a bit with the snowmobiles out there during the day until the big machine can do it.
We are expecting some snowfall during the day so this is another good day to classic ski or snowshoe if you want to explore the winter wonderland.
See you up here,
