Weekend Outlook

Good Morning all,

It's looking to be a beautiful one today. We picked up about 3-4inches of relatively wet snow and yesterday and its looking like we'll get a little bit more tomorrow. There should be some great skiing this weekend.

This morning all trails are snowmobile groomed. Where possible, we left the track from the previous cat groom so classic lanes are still skied in on most trails, but if you've been waiting for a good day to skate, today is the day!

The Tripoli/Osceola side and the South End (Swan's way is alive again) were groomed last night and should be the firmest. The snowmobile will be on the Livermore side this morning and won't be set up as firm if you're heading out first thing this am.

The Cat will be out as soon as temperatures drop later this afternoon/evening. We expect all open trails to be groomed for skate and classic for Saturday morning--love those classic lanes when there's enough snow!

I apologize for my repeats but here it is all again anyway, my shameless plugs (you all know this is because I really like gear and think everyone else does too): Today is another fine day to out the skin skis--just think, waxable feel with no klister needed...ever! If you're interested in skiing classic, but not interested in the art of waxing, this is a great way to ski traditional with some tech.

Trails should be firm enough for fat biking, come in an ask which trails to ride! Try it and see if you get hooked. We have rentals and bikes for sale from $550 (only one left at that price, still!!! make it yours if you ride a 18" frame). We're ordering up custom builds from Framed Bikes from between $900-$2000, plenty of fun to be had and we're here to help.

See you up here,

Leah
