Good Morning Cold Loving Skiers,

The snow is squeaky and fast today after yesterday which was a lot of fun: great skiing and great skiers. The trails were super busy most of the day with school teams and pass holders, cheers to those of you who bundled up some and got out.

There were some areas of thin cover, a few leaves on the upper trails and some dirt in a few tracks, but lots of smiles for a the 10th of December that was better than most of last season!

This morning there's a combination groom going on, the Cat will be out on Livermore and Tripoli and the snowmobile will be out doing what it can on the hard packed snow.

The areas oF thin cover got a bit thinner after yesterday's traffic and today's groom, so use your rock skies today if you're on anything other than Tripoli and use caution on your way there!

Whatever we get out of tonight & tomorrow's storm, we will be super glad for (I know I'm not the only one holding my breath: 3"? 8"? Anything more than 4" and we'll be able to get the cat out on additional trails, so stay tuned.

The kiosk is open in the Livermore Parking Lot for ticket sales and information today from 8:30-12:00 today, so please say hi to Dan and show your support for our trails by buying a pass or showing him your season pass. The best place for groups to purchase passes is still the Center (and we have a fire too), but we're out on the North End if you get in a pinch.

Today fat biking can again access the North End via Swans Way. There's enough coverage for fat biking, just not skiing yet, so go for a good ride and head out to our other Multi-Use trails:  Village, Connector, Greeley Path, Deep Woods and Livermore (to jct 65). If you don't have one of your own, our rental fleet is full. We have new & used fat bikes for sale. Fat bikes are pretty fun (a lot like riding a bike), they're stable, mellow and can get you just about over anything.

We have clothing and gear to get you set for all the extra skiing you can do this season, come in and do yourself a favor--new gear is fun, especially if your old gear is tired!

View our events on the google calendar, and on the resort event calendar. Please also useTrailHub.org mobile app to get condition updates on our our trails.

And for all the new pass holders, pleas join us at the end of the month for our Season Pass Holder Party, Friday 12/30 from 5pm-7pm. Refreshments, entertainment and a raffle are planned, so don't miss it. Our Swix Wax Tech will be here for the wax clinic at 6:00.
