On Mountain Dining
Serves up a classic burger and fires, pizza, deli sandwiches made with all natural and nitrate free ingredients, burritos, and delicious homemade soups and chili. For quick eats this is the place to go. Check out the soup of the day served in a warm bread boule.

Hours: Open Daily; 30 minutes before & after lifts operate.
Made to order breakfast sandwiches and burritos, cinnamon rolls with homemade icing along with various other home baked goodies, a daily selection of gourmet sandwiches, and a mac & cheese bar. When the weather is nice, you may even see the grill cooking burgers and dogs out on the Schwendi deck while guests take in some brews and views.
Schwendi Hutte offers beer, wine, and a variety of coffee & hot chocolate drinks.

Sunnyside returns this year with it's signature burgers, fries, pizza, chili and homemade soups. Also the best place to stop for a hearty lunch with pasta and homemade sauce! Also outdoor grilling!
Sunnyside serves coffee, hot chocolate, cold beverages, pastries, and snacks. The Timberlodge is located at the base of the Sunnyside Triple lift close to the top of Valley Run.

Getting rave reviews are the T-Bars creative oven baked sandwiches like Jack's Outback (melted brie on multi-grain with sprouts, spinach and tomato dressed in parmesan vinaigrette) and Maxwell's Mogul (Reuben with turkey, ham, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing). According to Jack, a lot of regulars are also excited about our Duck Salad and the Buffalo Soldier (Bison burger topped with blue cheese and bacon) and the Cha Cha Chicken (Grilled chicken topped with cheddar cheese and a chipotle mustard sauce). T-Bars is open daily at 11:00 am.
T-Bars is also THE place to go for après ski with live entertainment on weekends, après ski menu, and tons of fun promos.

Buckets, Bones & Brews
Buckets Restaurant is open all weekends and holidays. Buckets has a full kitchen set-up and a menu featuring items like like pulled pork sandwiches, shaved steak sandwiches, and specialty fries to go with its buckets of wings, grilled chicken sandwiches, and burgers. Like it hot? Try the step up to the Death Wing Challenge and earn your place on the Buckets Wall of Fame!
Saturday nights also feature live entertainment, movies for kids, and a raffle to win a ride in a snow cat!

The Waterville Mercantile Bakery

La Tasse, a 25 seat café, will open in the Town Square next to The Bookmonger and Toad Hall Toys. La Tasse will offer specialty coffee as well as a variety of loose leaf teas, chai tea, hot chocolate and pastries each morning. During the afternoons, selections will also include local beer and wine and small dish entrees, such as quiche, meatballs, savory fold overs, soups and salads. Waterville Valley Resort is excited to announce the addition of a new restaurant in Town Square this winter. La Hacienda Mexicana, a family-owned and operated restaurant, will feature authentic Mexican cuisine. Some of the authentic fare offered includes Guacamole de Molcajete (fresh guacamole prepared tableside), Mole Poblano, Fajitas, Arrachera (skirt steak served with rice, beans and pico de gallo). Signature desserts include flan and helado frito (fried ice cream).
