OVERVIEW
Located in the alpine village of Waterville Valley, the Waterville Valley Resort Conference Center is an idyllic venue to host your next trade show, conference, workshop, or group gathering. The Conference Center offers several unique spaces - from a large function hall to smaller break-out rooms. Plus, the Conference Center is home to a Speakeasy Lounge, an art-deco style Bar Lounge where you and your guests can enjoy a Cocktail Reception. The back lawn of the Conference Center has an expansive deck plus a large green area where you and your group can wind down, play some yard games, and warm up around the gas fire pits.

Our chefs offer excellent catering options from casual business luncheons to New England style lobster bakes. Using fresh, local ingredients wherever possible, our culinary offerings will inspire and satisfy the palate of everyone at your gathering.

The Waterville Valley Room is 4,500+ square feet of meeting space, which can be divided into 2 sections for smaller sessions. The Waterville Valley Room is our largest room, seating up to 410 people.
MAIN DINING ROOM
The Main Dining room is the perfect setting to host your alpine brunch banquet, luncheon, or dinner.
TRUE GRIT ROOM
The True Grit room located on the 3rd floor provides an intimate meeting area inspiring fresh ideas. True Grit is one of our smaller rooms, perfect for a breakout room or small group meeting.
SPEAKEASY LOUNGE
The Speakeasy is a favorite for refreshing cocktail receptions. French doors lead to our expansive deck bring the spectacular mountain views indoors. Recently, the Speakeasy bar and fireplace were upgraded with a wood-burned finish.
FREESTYLE LOUNGE
The Freestyle Lounge, located at slopeside at the ski resort, offers over 3000 square feet of banquet space. Large windows and beautiful mountain views offer the perfect setting for this truly unique dinning location.
